Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information aiagentschoice.com collects, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes how the site works today, and we will update it when that changes.

Who We Are

AI Agents Choice (aiagentschoice.com) is owned and published by Joydeep Bhattacharya, who is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach him through our contact form.

Information We Collect

When You Leave a Review

Reviews are handled through WordPress’s comment system. When you submit one, we collect your name, email address, star rating, review text and your IP address, along with the date and time and your browser’s user agent string. Your name, rating, review text and date are published once the review is approved. Your email address and IP address are never published. We use them to moderate reviews, spot spam or fake reviews and, if needed, contact you about your review.

When You Use the Contact Form

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. It is sent to us by email so we can reply. The form does not save your message in the website’s database. The same applies to the form for submitting an AI agent, which also asks for details about the product.

Server Logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, Hostinger’s servers automatically record basic technical information about each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Hostinger uses these logs to run and secure the service, processing them on our behalf.

Cookies

We use very few cookies:

  • Review cookies: if you tick the box to save your details when leaving a review, WordPress stores your name and email in cookies on your device so you don’t have to type them again. These last about a year. If you don’t tick the box, they aren’t set.
  • Essential and caching cookies: the site uses LiteSpeed Cache to load pages quickly, and it may set small technical cookies needed for caching and for the site to work properly. They are not used to track you.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party ad networks run on the site. If we add analytics or advertising later, we will update this page before or when it happens and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How We Use Your Information

  • To publish and moderate reviews and keep fake or abusive ones off the site
  • To answer messages, corrections and agent submissions
  • To keep the site secure and working

We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or send you marketing email. We don’t run a newsletter.

Who We Share It With

We share data only with service providers that help run the site: our host, Hostinger, and the email provider that delivers form messages. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the site and its users from fraud or abuse. Reviews that are approved are public, so anyone can read the name you gave and what you wrote.

How Long We Keep It

  • Published reviews: kept for as long as the agent page is online, unless you ask us to remove yours.
  • Rejected or spam reviews: deleted, typically within 30 days.
  • Contact and submission emails: kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then deleted, generally within two years.
  • Server logs: kept by Hostinger for a limited period under its own policies.

Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including a review you posted. Send the request through our contact form using the same email address you used before, so we can confirm it’s you. We aim to reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK: data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to receive a copy in a portable form. We rely on your consent when you choose to submit a review or save your details in cookies, and on our legitimate interests to answer messages, moderate content and keep the site secure. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.

If you are in California: you can ask what personal information we have collected about you and ask us to delete or correct it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Our service providers may process your information outside your country, under their own safeguards.

Security

No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and keep as little as we can.

Children

This site is meant for adults choosing business software. It is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this page when our practices change, for example if we add analytics, a newsletter or affiliate links, and we will change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
