Zendrop lets a store owner ask Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to check an order, quote shipping to Germany or trigger fulfillment, and the request runs against live store data. The company describes its MCP server as the first one built for a dedicated dropshipping platform, and it sits on top of a fulfillment service whose paid plans start at $29 a month.
For Shopify sellers, that adds an assistant-driven layer to what Zendrop already did: source products from US and global suppliers and fulfill orders automatically as they come in.
How Zendrop Works
Inside the Zendrop app, AI product discovery searches more than 1 million items. Once you pick something, the AI ad generator can produce product images and UGC-style video ads, and Zendrop also offers AI-built stores for sellers starting from scratch.
When a customer orders on Shopify, Zendrop handles fulfillment, shipping updates and tracking without manual steps. Custom branding is included on paid tiers, and the platform also supports print on demand, Wix and TikTok Shop US.
The MCP server opens those functions to outside AI tools. An assistant connected to your account can search the catalog by keyword, category or price, view trending products, add items to your import list, list and filter orders, look up shipping costs and delivery windows by country, update shipping addresses and pull revenue, profit and refund figures. Fulfillment requests include a confirmation step before anything ships, and access runs under granular permissions.
Zendrop Pricing
Zendrop’s current Shopify plans are usage-based, set by the peak number of products linked during a billing cycle and charged on top of your Shopify subscription:
- Free: $0, for browsing trending products, with no linked products.
- Beginner: $29 a month for 1 to 20 linked products.
- Pro: $49 a month for 21 to 100 linked products.
- Plus: $79 a month for 101 or more.
Paid tiers include Zendrop AI access, custom branding and the Zendrop Academy. Older standard plans billed directly by Zendrop can be paid yearly, at $399 for Pro (about $33.25 a month) and $549 for Plus (about $45.75 a month). Trial length depends on the plan and any promotion running, and appears on the billing page of your dashboard.
What to Watch Out For
Because pricing follows linked products, a store that tests dozens of items moves up tiers quickly, so keep an eye on peak usage. You can commit to a minimum tier, but you then pay that amount each cycle regardless of activity.
Zendrop says some MCP features may require a paid plan, depending on store volume. Letting an AI assistant change addresses or release orders also deserves care; review its permissions before handing it fulfillment control.
