Juicebox starts at $99 per seat per month and lets recruiters search more than 800 million profiles by typing what they want in plain English. The product began as PeopleGPT, a search engine for candidates, and has grown into a sourcing platform with outreach tools and AI agents that keep looking for candidates in the background.
More than 5,000 companies use it, from startups such as Cursor and Ramp to over 500 staffing agencies, according to the company.
How It Works
A recruiter describes a role, for example a backend engineer in Austin with fintech experience, and Juicebox returns a ranked pool drawn from more than 30 data sources. Juicebox Agents take that further: they run around the clock, learn from which candidates a recruiter accepts or rejects, shortlist new matches and draft outreach. A person approves the copy before it goes out.
Outreach runs as AI-personalized sequences with email and other steps. Talent insights help recruiters and hiring managers agree on a search before it starts. On the Business plan, Juicebox syncs with applicant tracking and CRM systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and JobAdder, which matters to agencies that track every placement.
Pricing
Juicebox publishes prices. The free plan offers limited searches and five one-off contact credits, enough for a test. Starter costs $99 per seat per month on annual billing or $119 monthly, with 500 contact and 500 export credits a month. Growth costs $179 annually or $199 monthly per seat, with talent insights and up to five seats. Business is custom and annual only. Agents are an add-on at $199 per agent per month.
What to Watch Out For
Credits are the main limit. Starter and Growth cap how many contact details and exports a seat gets each month, and only Business includes unlimited contact credits and ATS integration, which agencies often need. Agent costs stack on top of seat prices, so a small team running several agents pays well above the headline rate. Time-savings claims, such as up to 90% less time spent finding candidates, are customer reports gathered by the company.
