Its appeal for AliExpress dropshippers is simple: the free Basic plan already imports products, places orders in bulk and sends tracking numbers back to Shopify and PayPal, so a new store can run order fulfillment without paying an app fee at all.

The AI layer sits on top. DSers recommends products from AliExpress and 1688, and on its Pro plan it chooses and maps suppliers automatically to find lower prices and faster fulfillment for items already in your store. The listing describes DSers as an official partner of the Alibaba group.

How DSers Works

You connect DSers to Shopify, browse AI-suggested products from AliExpress or 1688, and push them to the store with one click. A pricing tool applies your markup rules at import.

When customers buy, DSers groups the orders so you can place them with AliExpress, 1688 or a sourcing agent in bulk rather than one at a time. It monitors order status, flags problems and copies tracking IDs back to your store. That is where most of the day-to-day time savings come from.

Paid tiers add margin protection. Advanced alerts you when a supplier changes cost and can reprice your store automatically. Pro goes further with AI supplier selection: the software compares suppliers for the same item across platforms and remaps your listing to a better one, so you can cut product cost without rebuilding the page. Pro also collects AliExpress coupons automatically and supports multiple suppliers and sales channels, including Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop.

DSers charges in US dollars every 30 days through Shopify, separate from your Shopify plan.

• Basic: free, with product recommendations, one-click listing, bulk ordering, order monitoring and tracking sync.
• Advanced: $19.90 a month, or $190.80 a year (about $15.90 a month), adding cost-change alerts, automatic repricing, TikTok product video tracking and a branded tracking page.
• Pro: $49.90 a month, or $478.80 a year (about $39.90 a month), adding AI supplier selection and mapping, coupon collection, multi-supplier management and 24/7 live support.

Both paid plans include a 14-day trial. Going above a plan’s product limit brings extra charges, which you set up by contacting support.

What to Watch Out For

DSers is built around Chinese marketplaces. Delivery times depend on the AliExpress or 1688 seller, and that can mean slow shipping for customers in the US or Europe. If your brand promise is fast domestic delivery, a US-warehouse supplier network may suit you better.

The most agent-like feature, automatic supplier remapping, is reserved for the $49.90 tier. DSers also does not write product copy or generate images, so a separate AI tool may still be needed for listings. Bulk ordering still needs you to review and confirm orders, which keeps a human in the loop but means fulfillment is not entirely hands-off.
