Unify Score

Our editorial score across six weighted criteria, based on Unify’s published documentation, pricing and public user ratings. How we score

  • Autonomy8.5

One prompt builds a list, enriches contacts, writes outreach and launches a campaign, and Business adds signal-triggered automations.

  • Ease of Setup9.0

Unify is self-serve with a free plan for up to three seats and a 14-day Pro trial without a credit card.

  • Pricing Value9.0

Seats are published at $20 and $60 a month with set credits, and actions pause at zero credits instead of adding charges.

  • Integrations7.5

HubSpot and Salesforce sync is read-only on Pro and read-write on Business, plus Slack, Gmail, Outlook and 40+ data sources.

  • Trust and Security8.0

The pricing page states SOC 2 Type II compliance, external security audits, a DPA and SSO on Business.

  • User Sentiment9.2

G2 shows 4.7 out of 5 from 44 reviews, a smaller sample with a few integration and learning curve comments.

Unify turns a single prompt into an outbound campaign: it builds a target list from intent signals, enriches emails and phones, writes personalized copy and launches the sequence. It suits startup and growth-stage sales teams that want reps to run their own prospecting without a data engineer. Customers named at its Series B include Cursor, Perplexity, Airwallex, Flock Safety and Together AI, and revenue grew 8x year over year.

The main limit is that read-write CRM sync and website intent signals sit in the custom-priced Business plan. A free plan covers up to three seats, and paid seats start at $20 a month. Unify scores 8.6/10 on our scale, led by ease of setup and pricing value.

Unify Facts for Founders and Sales Leads

  • One prompt can build a list, enrich contacts, personalize outreach and launch a campaign across 1.1 billion people and 65 million companies.
  • Plans: Free for up to three seats, Base at $20 per seat a month, Pro at $60 and a custom annual Business tier.
  • Credits pause at zero instead of charging overage; email enrichment averages 1 credit and phone enrichment 4, so phone-heavy plays need more credits.
  • Unify raised a $40 million Series B led by Battery Ventures in July 2025 and reported 8x revenue growth.
  • SOC 2 Type II is listed, with SSO and read-write CRM sync on Business.

Unify by the Numbers

Unify is a young company, founded in 2023, but it has shared funding, growth and usage figures that help size it up.

The customer list is weighted toward AI and developer-tool companies, which tend to sell to technical buyers and run lean sales teams. That matches the product design: reps, not a separate operations team, build and launch the campaigns.

The beta figures describe a product shift. In June 2026 Unify opened self-serve plans from $20 a month and described itself as a prompt-driven assistant for outbound sellers. The 45% weekly query growth shows early adoption, but it covers a few weeks, so treat it as a sign of interest more than a long-term trend.

How Unify Builds and Runs a Campaign

Unify packs list building, enrichment, copywriting and sequencing into one workflow. The agent handles the steps, and reps decide what goes out.

Prompting the Agent

A rep describes who to reach and why, for example heads of data at Series B fintech companies that are hiring analytics engineers. Unify searches its 1.1 billion contacts and 65 million companies, applies the filters and returns a list.

Signals That Pick the Accounts

Job change and hiring signals are included from Base. Business adds website intent and product signals, which can trigger automations without a rep starting them. Unify says it draws on more than 40 data and signal sources, and most signals average about 1 credit each.

Enrichment and Copy

Phone and email enrichment start on Base. Email enrichment averages 1 credit per record and phone enrichment 4. AI copywriting writes personalized emails, and LLM costs are billed through the same credits with no separate AI fee. The Free plan lists standard models, named on the pricing page as GPT 5.4.

Sending, Calling and Syncing

Every plan includes multi-channel sequencing and a click-to-call dialer, with one mailbox per seat. Pro adds Slack notifications and HubSpot and Salesforce sync in read-only mode, with read-write sync left to Business. Business adds managed Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, a power dialer and read-write CRM sync.

What Reps Still Decide

Reps choose the prompt, review the list and approve messages before a campaign runs. On Business, signal-triggered automations act on their own, so teams should set rules for which signals launch outreach and which only alert a rep.

Who Runs Unify Day to Day

Unify is designed for account executives and SDRs. Its June 2026 post says reps can now work like GTM engineers, a role that usually belongs to an operations specialist who builds data workflows. In practice this means the rep who owns a territory also owns the list, the signals and the message, and can change all three in minutes.

Daily users named in that post include Juicebox, Pylon and Console. For a sales manager, the shift is in coaching: reviewing the prompts reps write and the lists they produce becomes part of the weekly pipeline review.

Unify Plans, Credits and Add-Ons

Unify publishes three of its four plans. Credits are per seat on Base and Pro and pooled per workspace on Business.

PlanPriceBillingWhat Is IncludedLimits
Free$0NoneAI outbound, 40+ data sources, sequencing, click-to-call dialerUp to 3 seats; limited credits; no top-ups

Pro$60 per seat per monthMonthly; 14-day trialRead-only HubSpot and Salesforce sync, Slack notifications2,400 credits per seat a month
BusinessCustomAnnualWebsite intent and product signals, triggered automations, managed mailboxes, power dialer, read-write CRM sync, SSOCustom credit pool

Managed mailboxes are an add-on at $25 per mailbox per month. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases that go into a shared team pool and carry over for up to 12 months. When credits run out, credit-consuming actions pause instead of charging more, which keeps bills predictable.

Reading the Credit Math

Credits cover three kinds of work: enrichment, signals and AI. Email lookups average 1 credit and phone lookups 4. Many signals average about 1 credit, though Unify says complex or niche sources cost more. AI copywriting and other model calls also draw on credits, with no separate AI charge.

For planning, count how many new contacts each rep needs a month and how many need a phone. A rep who adds 300 contacts with email only uses about 300 credits; the same rep adding phones for all 300 uses about 1,500. Base gives 800 credits a seat and Pro gives 2,400, so phone-heavy reps will usually land on Pro or buy top-ups.

Unify Costs for Three Sales Teams

Two founders on Base pay $40 a month and get 1,600 credits between them. That covers about 1,600 email enrichments, or about 320 contacts if each needs an email and a phone at the average rates.

A five-rep team on Pro pays $300 a month, or $3,600 a year, with 12,000 credits a month. At 5 credits for an email plus a phone, that is about 2,400 fully enriched contacts a month, along with CRM sync and Slack alerts.

A team that wants website intent signals and two-way CRM sync needs Business, which is quoted. If it also adds ten managed mailboxes, the add-on alone is $250 a month at the listed rate.

Unify Compared With Clay, Apollo.io and 11x Alice

These products overlap with Unify on finding and enriching prospects, but they differ in who does the work and how they bill.

The billing models differ in a way that matters for budgeting. Unify and Apollo charge per seat with credits attached, so cost grows with headcount. Clay charges per workspace with unlimited seats, so cost grows with data volume. 11x prices by leads contacted under a quote.

Unify has the lowest published paid entry point of the group. Clay suits teams that want to design custom data workflows, and Apollo suits teams that want a large owned database with sequences. Browse more on our lead generation agents and startup agents pages.

Sales Teams Unify Suits

Teams selling to technical buyers are a natural match, judging by the customer list. When the buyer is a data or engineering lead, hiring and job change signals tend to be strong reasons to reach out, and Unify includes both from Base.

Founder-led and early sales teams fit well. The free plan covers three seats, and Base at $20 a seat adds enrichment and AI copy, so a small team can test signal-based outbound for $20 a rep each month.

Growth-stage SDR teams that want reps to own their lists also fit. Pro adds CRM visibility and Slack alerts at $60 a seat, and the credit pause rule protects the budget. The named customers, from Cursor to Perplexity, show the product is in use at fast-growing AI companies.

Teams That May Want a Different Setup Than Unify

Teams that depend on two-way CRM sync from the start will need the Business plan, which is quoted. Unify could reach more mid-market buyers by publishing a Business starting price.

Enterprises with long security reviews may want more than the SOC 2 Type II, DPA and SSO listed on the pricing page, so ask for the trust center documents and the DPA early in the process. Unify also mentions real-time threat monitoring and regular external audits on its pricing page. Teams that want an AI SDR to hold full conversations and book meetings without reps may prefer a managed agent.

Credit and Sync Questions for a Unify Trial

Estimate your phone enrichment share. Phone lookups average 4 credits against 1 for email, so a phone-first motion uses credits four times faster.

Check the CRM direction. On Pro, HubSpot and Salesforce sync is read-only. If reps must update CRM records from Unify, plan for Business.

Set rules for signal-triggered automations. On Business, website intent and product signals can launch outreach without a rep. Decide which signals start a sequence and which only send a Slack alert.

Plan mailbox volume. Managed mailboxes cost $25 each a month, and every plan below Business includes one mailbox per seat. Teams sending at volume should price mailboxes into the budget.

Unify Funding Rounds and Product Changes

Unify raised a $40 million Series B led by Battery Ventures in July 2025, with the OpenAI Startup Fund, Thrive Capital and Emergence Capital joining. The release reported 8x revenue growth and named Airwallex, Cursor, Flock Safety, Perplexity and Together AI as customers. Battery general partner Dharmesh Thakker joined the board.

In June 2026, CEO Austin Hughes announced a self-serve version of Unify with plans from $20 a month, prompt-to-campaign outbound and access to 1.1 billion contacts and 65 million companies.

How Unify Rates on Our Scale

Unify scores 8.6/10 on our scale. Ease of setup and pricing value earn 9.0 each for a free plan, a no-card trial and published seat prices with a spending cap. Autonomy earns 8.5 because one prompt can carry a campaign from list to launch. Integrations sit at 7.5, since two-way CRM sync is reserved for Business; opening it on Pro would raise that score.

For early and growth-stage teams that want reps to run signal-based outbound without hiring a data specialist, Unify is a low-cost place to start. Teams with heavy CRM requirements should price the Business plan before committing.

A fair pilot runs two or three reps on Pro for the 14-day trial with a fixed target segment. Track how many contacts each rep enriches, how many credits that uses, and how many replies the campaigns earn. Those three numbers show whether Base, Pro or Business fits your team, and they give a clear basis for a Business quote if you need one.
