Vendasta’s entry plan costs a $99 monthly minimum, and every plan includes the right to resell its AI Workforce packages to clients. The Saskatoon company sells to agencies, managed service providers, franchisors and resellers, which then put AI agents to work for the local businesses they support.
The packaged roles are an AI Receptionist, AI Sales Assistant, AI Reputation Specialist and AI Social Media Manager. Since December 2025, partners can also build their own.
How Vendasta AI Employees Works
An agency signs up for the Vendasta platform, adds client businesses and turns on AI employees for each location. The prebuilt agents handle common jobs for a local business: answering inquiries, capturing leads, responding to reviews and posting to social media. All of them sit on Vendasta’s CRM, unified inbox and workflow tools, so calls are summarized and logged and follow-up steps can be automated.
Custom AI Employees extend this. A partner defines a role and trains the agent on the client’s existing knowledge and processes, with no custom development. Vendasta says these agents can bring in leads, handle customer support, contact existing customers, help website visitors and assist internal staff, and that new ones can be created in minutes without rebuilding workflows. Agencies on the Professional plan and above can present everything under their own brand in a white-label client portal.
Vendasta AI Employees Pricing
Vendasta prices plans as monthly minimum spends; if usage falls short, the agency pays the difference. Starter is $99 a month with no contract and covers fewer than three local businesses. Professional is $499 a month and Premium $999, both on one-year terms, adding white-label branding, API access and multi-location tools. Custom Enterprise is quoted. AI Workforce packages are billed per location on top, but Vendasta does not list those rates. Signing up is free without a credit card.
What to Watch Out For
Because AI employee rates are not public, agencies need a quote before they can work out margins. Annual commitments on the middle tiers lock in spending. When Custom AI Employees launched, connections to third-party apps were still on the roadmap, so check which tools a custom agent can reach today. Two early partners were named at launch, but independent results are not yet published.
