Rechat reported a 114% jump in Lucy usage from May to June 2025, just before it rolled the assistant out to every agent on its iPhone and Android apps. Lucy is the AI layer of Rechat’s real estate platform, and agents can talk to it to get marketing, CRM and deal tasks done.

Unlike lead-response tools such as Structurely or Ylopo, Lucy does not chase new leads by itself. It works for the agent, taking requests like “send a market report to my past clients” and carrying them out. This review is based on Rechat’s published material and trade press; we did not test it.

How It Works

Lucy sits on top of Rechat’s other modules: Studio for marketing, People for contacts and lead routing, and Deals for listings, offers and closings. Because it can see an agent’s contacts, listings and pipeline, a single spoken or typed request can pull in the right data and brand templates.

Rechat says Lucy can build single-property websites, draft listing descriptions and social posts, send market reports to segmented contact lists, run buyer searches, update CRM records, request testimonials, and pull comparable sales or vendor recommendations. It also reads real estate forms and offers guidance meant to cut errors in paperwork. Its AI Marketing Center produces email campaigns and comparative market analyses with little manual input.

Pricing

Rechat does not publish prices for Lucy or the wider platform. Brokerages request a demo and buy through a sales process, often as a brokerage-wide deployment rather than individual agent sign-ups. Setup fees and contract length are not public, so ask for both in writing along with any per-agent charges.

What to Watch Out For

Lucy only pays off if the brokerage actually runs its marketing, contacts and transactions in Rechat. If agents keep their own CRMs or marketing tools, the assistant has less to work with. It is also not a replacement for an inside sales agent: it does not answer new inquiries or qualify leads around the clock.

Rechat’s marketing cites large time savings and revenue gains for big firms, but those figures come without a published method. Ask for references from brokerages of a similar size, and check how Lucy handles fair-housing rules in generated listing copy and ads.
