Atlas customer Novify cut shortlist delivery time by 96% and saved more than 20 hours of admin a month, according to Atlas. The claim sums up the pitch: an agency CRM where AI agents write the records, log the calls and keep the task list current, at £105 per recruiter per month paid yearly.

Atlas is best for recruitment, staffing and executive search agencies whose consultants spend hours updating the CRM after calls. Every plan carries a 12-month commitment, pricing is in pounds, the native integration list is shorter than at older agency platforms, and public reviews are still few, so monthly terms and more integrations are the areas to watch. We rate it 8.2/10 on our scale. We have not used Atlas; this review is based on Atlas’s published pricing and agent pages and an independent review of the platform.

  • Calls, emails and interviews become records automatically, down to notice periods and salary expectations.
  • Atlas is reported to hold ISO 27001 and comply with GDPR, with SOC 2 in progress.

Atlas’s most useful number is its price. Agency CRMs with built-in AI often hide pricing behind a demo, while Atlas posts per-user rates for both plans and both billing options, which lets an agency owner compare it line by line with Loxo or Recruiterflow.

Outside validation is still building. The customer results come from Atlas, and the independent review we read notes a smaller pool of public reviews and reference customers than incumbent platforms. Agencies can ask for two references of similar size and desk type before signing a 12-month contract.

A Recruitment CRM That Fills Itself From Calls

Atlas is a CRM and ATS for agencies with an AI layer that does the data entry. The idea is that consultants spend time on calls and meetings and the system writes everything down. The steps below follow Atlas’s published agent list and pricing page.

Capturing Activity

Atlas connects to Gmail or Outlook and syncs contacts automatically, with no manual imports. A built-in note taker writes up calls and meetings and saves the notes to the candidate or client record, and Atlas integrates with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and RingCentral. Email, calendar, calls, notes, outreach and reporting all attach to one record.

Agents That Build and Maintain Records

The Creation agent, which Atlas calls an autonomous talent builder, turns resumes, emails, calls and interviews into structured candidate profiles, including notice periods and salary expectations. The real-time updates agent tracks role and company changes across the agency’s network and updates records. A salary data sync agent finds and manages salary data for executive search. Atlas’s FAQ says these agents act without a recruiter starting them.

Agents That Keep Work Moving

The Task agent creates and updates to-do lists as candidates move through pipelines, so follow-ups do not depend on memory. The BD assistant scores business development deals against the agency’s go-to-market playbook based on interactions with prospects. Magic messages drafts outreach and replies from previous conversations, in a writing style the agency sets.

Search and Reporting

Magic Search takes a plain-language or spoken request and returns a ranked shortlist with match scores and evidence drawn from past conversations, not only CV keywords. Magic columns define what a strong candidate looks like for a project. CandidateGPT and ClientGPT surface instant history on either side of a deal, and the report co-pilot writes client-ready candidate reports from data already in the platform. A Claude connector built on MCP lets consultants query the CRM from Claude.

A Day in an Agency Using It

A consultant takes a 20-minute call with a finance candidate. The note taker writes it up, and the Creation agent adds a notice period of three months and a salary expectation to the profile. The Task agent creates a follow-up for the end of the week. That afternoon a client calls with a new controller role, and the consultant asks Magic Search for controllers in the city who mentioned wanting a smaller company. The shortlist includes the morning’s candidate. The report co-pilot drafts the client report, and the consultant edits and sends it. Nobody typed the call notes.

Guided Onboarding, Daily Sessions and Data Migration

Atlas runs guided onboarding with a dedicated group, daily sessions and help migrating data, according to the independent review we read, which also describes in-app support that typically answers within minutes and is staffed by recruitment specialists. A practical rollout starts with migration of live candidates and clients, then connects email and calendars so new activity is captured from day one. Older history can follow. In the first weeks, consultants should compare AI-written notes with their own memory of each call and correct mistakes, since those corrections teach the team where to trust the system. Once records look right, the Task agent and BD assistant can take over follow-ups and pipeline reviews.

Consultants Still Own Trust, Negotiation and Submissions

Consultants run every relationship: they build trust with candidates, negotiate with clients and decide whom to submit. They should check AI-written notes for accuracy, especially salary and notice details that end up in client reports, and review drafted outreach before it goes out. Atlas automates the record keeping around the work, not the placement.

Basic and Premium Seats on a 12-Month Commitment

List prices exclude tax and add-ons. Atlas offers guided onboarding with data migration help, according to the independent review we read.

A Five-Recruiter Agency’s £6,300 Year on Basic

These scenarios use Atlas’s published list prices, before tax and add-ons.

  • A 5-recruiter agency on Basic, paid yearly: 5 users at £105 for 12 months comes to £6,300 a year.
  • The same agency on Premium: Paid yearly, Premium costs £8,100 a year; billed monthly it costs £9,600, so paying yearly saves £1,500.
  • An 8-recruiter executive search firm on Premium, paid yearly: 8 users at £135 for 12 months comes to £12,960 a year. At ten desks, the firm moves to per-agency pricing.

Because the commitment is 12 months regardless of billing, the monthly option spreads payments rather than shortening the term. The cost to compare is the CRM the agency already pays for plus any separate note taker, enrichment tool and assistant time. Atlas’s own customer quote values it at two virtual assistants; whether that holds depends on how much admin each consultant does today. US agencies should also factor in exchange rates, since prices are set in pounds.

Atlas Compared With Loxo, Recruiterflow and Bullhorn Amplify

Agency platforms with AI split between all-in-one systems with published per-user pricing and AI layers added to an existing ATS.

AgentStarting PriceFree PlanMain StrengthMain Trade-OffBest For
Atlas£105 per user/month, paid yearlyNoAgents that write records and tasks from calls and emailsFewer native integrations, 12-month commitmentUK and international agencies and executive search
Loxo$149 per user/month, billed annuallyNoSourcing data, outreach and ATS in oneHigher entry priceAgencies and executive search wanting sourcing data
Recruiterflow$119 per user/month, billed annuallyNoATS, CRM and sequences with AI agentsUS-focusedRecruitment and executive search agencies
Bullhorn AmplifyCustom quoteNoAI agents on the Bullhorn platform staffing firms already useRequires Bullhorn, quote pricingStaffing agencies on Bullhorn

Pick Atlas when admin is the problem and you want a CRM that records itself, with list prices you can check. Loxo is stronger if candidate sourcing data matters most, and Recruiterflow is a close US alternative with published per-user prices. Agencies already on Bullhorn should weigh Amplify before migrating, since adding agents to an existing system avoids moving years of data. The pricing models differ too: Atlas and Recruiterflow are similar per-user list prices, with Atlas set in pounds, while Loxo starts higher and Bullhorn quotes. Between two per-user tools at similar list prices, the decision usually comes down to which one removes more admin from a consultant’s day, which is what a trial on real calls should measure. See our recruitment agency AI agents guide for more.

One more difference matters for agencies in the UK: Atlas sets its prices in pounds and lists Broadbean among its integrations, while the other tools in this table price in dollars or by quote.

Agency Consultants Who Dread CRM Updates

  • Agencies where consultants hate CRM updates: notes, profiles and tasks fill in from calls and emails.
  • Executive search firms: salary data sync, Total Memory preferences and client-ready reports fit long, relationship-driven searches.
  • UK agencies: pricing in pounds, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance and a Broadbean integration fit the UK market.
  • Agency owners who want predictable costs: per-user list prices make budgeting simple.
  • Teams that use Claude: the MCP connector lets consultants query CRM data from Claude.

In-House Teams and Integration-Heavy Agencies May Prefer Other Platforms

  • In-house talent teams: workflows are built for agencies.
  • Agencies with many niche integrations: Atlas has fewer native integrations than long-established vendors.
  • Firms wanting month-to-month terms: every plan has a 12-month commitment.
  • US firms needing SOC 2 today: SOC 2 is reported as in progress.

Year-Long Terms and Migration Planning

  • Contract term: a 12-month commitment on every plan means a pilot is best run before signing.
  • Migration: moving years of candidate history from another CRM is the hardest part; ask exactly what the onboarding team migrates.
  • AI accuracy: auto-written notes and profiles can misread salary or notice details; spot-check them before they reach clients.
  • Integration coverage: confirm your job boards, phone system and payroll or invoicing tools connect before committing.
  • Candidate privacy: recording and transcribing calls needs consent and a lawful basis under GDPR and US state laws.
  • Add-ons: list prices exclude add-ons, which Atlas does not price on its comparison page.
  • Exit plan: before signing, ask how candidate records, notes and call transcripts can be exported at the end of the contract, and in what format, so a future move is not blocked by your own data.
  • Desk count changes: the move to per-agency pricing at ten desks means a growing agency should ask for that price early, before hiring its tenth consultant.

A Sensible Rebuild of the Agency CRM Around AI

Atlas takes a sensible approach to AI in agency recruitment: rather than adding a chatbot to an old CRM, it makes the CRM fill itself in from the conversations consultants already have. Published prices, ISO 27001 and an agency-only focus are points in its favor, and the agent list goes further than most rivals on record keeping and task automation.

It scores 8.2/10 on our scale. Shorter contract options, pricing in dollars for US buyers, more native integrations and a larger base of public reviews would lift it, and the strongest customer results so far come from Atlas itself. A UK agency or executive search firm with five to ten consultants and a heavy admin load is the best fit; ask for references, test the note taker on real calls during the demo and compare quotes with Loxo before signing.
