Pin charges $100 a month on its Solo plan, billed annually, for an AI recruiting agent that searches more than 850 million profiles, writes and sends outreach, sorts replies and books calls on a recruiter’s calendar. Its free plan covers one open role with five contact lookups a week, so an agency can try the full loop before paying.
For agencies that source outbound across several clients, Pin is one of the most complete and affordable agents we list, scoring 8.8/10 on our scale. ATS sync is an add-on below Enterprise, and contact credits set how much enrichment each plan includes. Pin’s agency page cites results such as more than $1 million in billings in four months for a solo recruiter at Cascadia Search Group. We have not used Pin ourselves; this review is based on Pin’s published pricing, product pages and funding coverage.
Agency Results Like $250,000 in Six Months at Cornerstone
- Pin’s agency page cites customer results such as $250,000 in attributable revenue in six months at Cornerstone Search Associates and more than $1 million in billings in four months at Cascadia Search Group.
- Prices are published: a free plan, Solo at $100 a month billed annually and Professional at $135 per user a month billed annually ($179 month to month).
- Full Autopilot mode runs from client brief to booked interview, while two lighter modes keep a recruiter approving matches and messages.
- Agency features include separate pools and reporting per client and a review link clients can use without an account.
- ATS integration costs extra below Enterprise and contact credits cap enrichment, so model both before buying.
Site Figures and a Seed Announcement
Pin is a young company, so most of its figures come from its own site and its seed announcement. They still give buyers a clear picture of scale and of what the vendor claims agencies achieve.

The most useful number for an agency owner is the LinkedIn Recruiter figure. If Pin’s database and outreach replace a Recruiter seat, the subscription can pay for itself before a single placement, and the 91% claim suggests most of Pin’s agency users have tested that swap. The time-to-fill and reply-rate averages come from Pin’s own page rather than an independent study, so a trial on your own searches is the best way to confirm them.
Pin is at an earlier funding stage than some rivals. Its $3 million seed round compares with the $115 million growth investment Loxo took in 2025, so buyers can weigh Pin’s lower prices against the roadmap and support depth a larger vendor may offer.
Five Stages From Intake to Interview
Pin’s workflow follows a recruiter’s desk from intake to interview. Based on Pin’s published product pages, the agent handles five stages.
From Brief to Shortlist
- Brief: the recruiter pastes a client brief or job description. Pin researches the hiring company, drafts selection criteria and asks clarifying questions before searching.
- Sourcing: Pin searches more than 850 million profiles and explains each match against the criteria. Sourcing runs automatically in every mode.
- Shortlist review: the recruiter approves or passes on matches, or sends a review link so the client can approve or decline without an account.
Outreach, Replies and Scheduling
- Outreach: approved candidates enter sequences sent from the recruiter’s own Gmail or Outlook. Pin’s agency example uses an email on day one, a LinkedIn connection task on day three, another email on day five and a text on day eight.
- Replies: Pin archives not-interested replies with a thank-you, answers questions it has seen before from a knowledge base and asks the recruiter on Slack about new ones, such as pay range or the client’s name. The answer is stored and reused.
- Scheduling: Pin offers only times the recruiter is free, handles the back and forth and sends a calendar invite with the client brief attached. It works with Google Calendar, Calendly and Cal.com, and Zoom or Google Meet.
Choosing How Much to Automate
Pin offers three modes plus on and off switches for each step. Hands-On Co-Pilot sources, ranks and drafts every message, but the recruiter approves matches, reviews each email and books calls. Balanced Hybrid lets the recruiter decide who is contacted while Pin runs outreach and answers known questions. Full Autopilot runs from job description to interested candidates on the calendar. In every mode the recruiter can pause, edit messages or take over a conversation, and every action is logged to the candidate’s history.
Agency-Specific Features
Agencies juggling several clients get separate candidate pools, sequences and reporting per client under one login, without double counting candidates. A recruiting CRM tracks custom stages such as engaged, shortlisted, submitted, interviewed, offered and placed, which can be mapped to fee structures. Records sync to the agency’s ATS on a schedule set per job, with duplicate checks before new records are created. Pin also offers an MCP server so recruiters can use Pin from Claude and other AI tools.
Recruiters Keep Client Calls and Submission Choices
A recruiter still owns the client relationship, the intake call, the decision on who to submit and anything Pin escalates. In the two lighter modes, the recruiter approves matches by hand. Pin also needs answers to new candidate questions the first time they come up, which means the knowledge base improves with use rather than on day one. Pin says most agencies make their first candidate submission within a week.
Four Published Plans With AI Filters Included
Pin publishes four plans on its pricing page. All plans include AI questions, AI filters, AI evaluation, criteria matching and email sequences.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What’s Included | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | None | 1 seat, 1 active position, 1 AI agent, email-only sequences, Gmail and Outlook connection | 5 contact lookup credits a week, 3 searches a day, no export or ATS integration |
| Solo | $100 a month | Annual only | Unlimited positions and searches, 2 AI agents, multichannel sequences, 1 mailbox, CSV and PDF export, onboarding | 1 seat, 500 contact credits a month, ATS integration is an add-on |
| Professional | $135 per user a month ($179 month to month) | Annual or monthly | Unlimited seats, 2 agents per user, 5 mailboxes per user, team inbox and activity, advanced agent sourcing, talent insights | 1,000 contact credits per seat a month, ATS integration is an add-on, no SSO |
| Enterprise | Custom | Quote | Unlimited credits, agents, mailboxes and positions, ATS integration, dedicated account manager, SSO/SAML and SCIM | Set by contract |
A contact lookup uses one credit for each data point returned: personal email, work email and phone number. Pulling all three for a candidate therefore uses three credits. A 7-day unlimited trial of the full platform is available through Pin’s sales team.
A Solo Recruiter at $1,200 a Year
These scenarios use Pin’s published prices. Team sizes and usage are our own illustrative assumptions.
- A solo recruiter: Solo costs $1,200 a year, paid annually. Its 500 monthly credits cover about 166 candidates if every lookup pulls a personal email, work email and phone number, or 500 if the recruiter needs only one data point per person.
- A three-recruiter boutique: Professional costs $405 a month on annual billing, or $4,860 a year, against $537 a month on monthly billing. The team gets 3,000 contact credits a month and up to 15 mailboxes.
- A ten-recruiter agency on Bullhorn: Professional comes to $1,350 a month, or $16,200 a year, before the ATS integration add-on, which Pin prices separately below Enterprise. At this size, an Enterprise quote with integration and unlimited credits is worth requesting.
Costs to plan for beyond the seat price: the ATS add-on, extra credits if a desk enriches heavily, and the loss of monthly flexibility on Solo. Against that, Pin’s agency page says 91% of agency users cut or dropped LinkedIn Recruiter spend, which is the saving most agencies will want to test.
Pin Compared With Juicebox, Loxo, Recruiterflow and hireEZ
Agency recruiting agents fall into two groups: sourcing and outreach tools that sit beside an ATS, and agency systems that bundle the ATS with agents. Pin and Juicebox are the first kind; Loxo and Recruiterflow are the second.
| Agent | Starting Price | Free Plan | Main Strength | Main Trade-Off | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pin | $100 a month billed annually (Solo) | Yes | Brief-to-interview autopilot with client review links | ATS sync is an add-on below Enterprise | Agencies and solo recruiters sourcing outbound for several clients |
| Juicebox | $99 per seat a month billed annually | Limited | Natural-language search with sourcing agents | Each agent costs $199 a month on top of seats | Search-led teams that want strong candidate discovery |
| Loxo | $149 per user a month billed annually (Core) | No | ATS, CRM, sourcing and agents in one system | Agents sit on a quote-based tier | Agencies that want to replace their ATS too |
| Recruiterflow | $119 per user a month billed annually | No | Agency ATS and CRM with built-in agents at a published price | AI agents only on the custom-priced AIRA plan | Agencies that want an all-in-one system |
| hireEZ EZ Agent | $549 per user a month (Growth, AWS Marketplace) | No | Volume passive sourcing with outreach and scheduling | High seat price | RPO providers and large staffing teams |
Pin’s case rests on price and on its agency workflow. It is the only one of the five with a genuinely free plan, and the client review link and per-client separation are features agencies otherwise build with workarounds. Loxo and Recruiterflow make more sense when the agency wants to replace its ATS at the same time. Solo Recruiters and Small Search Firms
- Solo recruiters and small search firms: the free plan and $100 Solo plan let one person run sourcing, outreach and scheduling without a sourcing seat elsewhere.
- Agencies paying for LinkedIn Recruiter: Pin’s own figures say most of its agency users cut that spend, which makes a side-by-side trial an easy budget case.
- Firms working several clients at once: separate pools, sequences and reporting per client, plus review links clients can use without logging in.
- Agencies on Bullhorn, Loxo, Crelate or JobAdder: Pin syncs to these and more than 100 other systems, so the ATS stays the system of record.
- Recruiters who want control over automation: three modes and per-step switches let a team start with approvals and move to autopilot as trust builds.
Agencies That Need a Full ATS
- Teams that need an ATS: Pin includes a recruiting CRM with pipeline stages, but agencies without an ATS may be better served by Loxo or Recruiterflow.
- High-volume hourly hiring: Pin is built around outbound sourcing and email-led sequences, not inbound applicant screening by phone.
- Agencies that need heavy contact enrichment on a small plan: 500 credits a month on Solo goes quickly when every candidate needs three data points.
- Buyers who need monthly terms on the cheapest paid plan: Solo is annual only.
- Firms that prefer independent case studies: the customer results Pin publishes so far are testimonials on its own site, so a free-plan trial is a good way to check fit.
ATS Integration Costs Extra Below Enterprise
- The ATS add-on: integration with an ATS is extra on Solo and Professional and included only on Enterprise. Get that price in writing before comparing Pin with all-in-one systems.
- Credit math: each lookup spends one credit per data point, so a full contact record costs three credits.
- Outreach from your own inbox: sequences send from the recruiter’s Gmail or Outlook, so sending volume and domain reputation are the agency’s responsibility.
- Choosing when to use autopilot: Full Autopilot can contact candidates and book calls without review. Starting in Co-Pilot or Balanced Hybrid until the knowledge base covers common questions keeps the recruiter in the loop.
- Older pricing on third-party sites: some software directories still list earlier plan names and prices, so check Pin’s own pricing page.
- Vendor-reported results: time-to-fill, reply-rate and revenue figures come from Pin’s site, and some demos are labeled illustrative.
A 7.5 for Outbound-Driven Agencies
For agencies and independent recruiters that live on outbound sourcing, yes. Pin scores 8.8/10 on our scale, with a neutral sentiment score until reviews build up. It covers the whole outbound desk, from brief to booked interview, publishes its prices and offers a free plan, which few agency tools do. Features such as client review links and per-client reporting show it was built with agency work in mind.
Areas to plan around are the ATS add-on, credit allowances and Pin’s early stage, with a $3 million seed round behind it. Run the free plan or the 7-day trial on one live search, measure replies and submissions against your current LinkedIn Recruiter workflow, and price the ATS add-on before you sign an annual Solo or Professional plan.
