It is built for mid-size and large multifamily operators, not small landlords.
What EliseAI Does
Its LeasingAI product answers prospects by text, email, web chat and phone, qualifies them and schedules guided or self-guided tours, suggesting similar nearby units when the one requested is gone. Context carries across channels, so a renter who emails and then calls is not starting over. Separate modules cover maintenance intake, renewals, delinquency and affordable-housing work, all tied to EliseAI’s own CRM.
Conversations the AI cannot resolve land in a filtered queue for onsite or central staff. Since March 3, 2026, staff can work that queue in the Agent by EliseAI app for iOS and Android. On September 3, 2026, the company launched Apollo, an agentic assistant that carries out staff requests written in plain language using each user’s existing permissions.
EliseAI syncs with Yardi Voyager, Yardi RentCafe, Entrata, RealPage OneSite, AppFolio Plus and Max, ResMan, and some Rent Manager products, plus Knock, Funnel and Anyone Home. It also powers Zillow Rentals’ AI Assist; in June 2026 the two companies said renters who used it were 43% more likely to apply.
How Much Does EliseAI Cost?
EliseAI does not publish prices. Sacra reports that it sells subscriptions priced per unit per month through a sales-led process. Prospective buyers get a demo rather than a free trial, and any setup costs are not disclosed.
What to Watch Out For
Integration depth varies by system. Renewals are not supported on RealPage OneSite, AppFolio or ResMan, and MRI and Yardi Breeze are not supported.
