When a lead keeps coming back to the same listing on a Ylopo home search site, the platform’s AI can text them about that exact home, and if they bite, an AI voice can call and pass them to an agent mid-conversation. Ylopo AI is an add-on to Ylopo’s real estate marketing platform that texts and calls new and dormant leads, qualifies them and live-transfers interested ones to an agent. It suits teams already running Ylopo and Follow Up Boss; others will find little to plug into.
How Ylopo AI Works Day to Day
AI Text runs two-way SMS conversations prompted by what leads do on the site, such as repeat views, favorites and return visits, according to Ylopo. AI Voice, introduced in October 2023, calls leads, says it is a digital assistant and asks about timeline, budget and pre-approval. Ylopo says it now dials new consented third-party leads within 3 to 5 minutes and keeps calling for up to 90 days.
Interested leads are transferred live. With pond routing, the first available agent to pick up gets the lead, and agents can set windows for taking transfers. Text threads appear in a Ylopo inbox inside Follow Up Boss, where an agent can step in. Ylopo says the AI is there to start conversations rather than close deals, and an opt-out on text also stops calls.
What Does Ylopo AI Cost?
Ylopo’s pricing page lists two plans, Suite Only and Suite+ with managed marketing, but shows no dollar amounts. AI Text and AI Voice can be added singly or together on either plan, priced by a growth consultant, with no long-term contract and unlimited seats. Luxury Presence, a competitor, reported in May 2026 that Suite runs about $295 to $500 a month, Suite+ about $795 and up, and each AI level about $100 more, with a $1,000 to $2,000 setup fee. Ad spend and the CRM are paid separately.
What to Watch Out For
The product is built around Ylopo’s own IDX sites and Follow Up Boss, the only CRM Ylopo names on its own pages; AI Tools Bakery and Luxury Presence both report that AI Voice requires Follow Up Boss. Spanish voice support was billed as coming soon in January 2024, and no later confirmation was found. The service targets the US market only, and no price is public, so budgeting means a sales call.
Recent Changes
Ylopo has retired the rAIya name. Texting and calling are now sold together as AI² (AI Squared), and the company describes the bundle as designed around TCPA consent rules, contacting only leads from verified sources. AI Tools Bakery reports the AI² pricing was revised in January 2025.
