In May 2026 Felix was a beta running with about 20 real estate teams, Inman reported. A month later Fello launched it publicly. Felix is an AI teammate inside Fello’s database platform that calls, texts and emails a team’s existing contacts and passes the interested ones to an agent. It is aimed at established teams sitting on large databases of past clients and sphere contacts that nobody has time to work.

How Felix Works

Felix draws on Fello’s Living Database, which tracks ownership, equity, mortgage, valuation and MLS signals, to decide whom to contact and what to say, according to Fello. Teams do not write call scripts; Felix learns the local market from the team’s website. It sends one-to-one nurture emails, answers inbound calls on a dedicated number, and lets staff search and act on the database in plain language through Ask Felix.

On calls, Felix says it is a digital assistant. When a homeowner wants to talk, it briefs the agent on a separate line and then bridges the call, or books a callback, and logs the handoff in the CRM. Any team member can press Take Over to stop Felix on a contact. Inman reported that the voice runs on ElevenLabs.

Fello has native integrations with Follow Up Boss and Sierra Interactive. Other CRMs, including kvCORE, Lofty, CINC, BoomTown and HubSpot, connect through Zapier or RealSynch.

How Much Does Felix Cost?

Felix is a separate add-on to a paid Fello plan, and its price is not published. Fello’s billing guide says the Sales Agent add-on is sized by the number of contacts actively being worked, and pricing depends on database size. Base plans tracked by PricingSaaS in July 2026 were Starter at $165 a month billed annually, Growth at $415 annually or $499 monthly, and Scale at $665 annually or $799 monthly, with Enterprise on request. A PricingSaaS change log shows Fello added the Felix add-on to its pricing page on June 29, 2026, and made Do Not Call verification part of every plan. Access is by demo; setup fees and trial terms are not stated.

What to Watch Out For

Felix is months old, so there is little independent track record. Inbound calls are not currently transferred to the team. Fello does not list supported languages. It describes consent capture, DNC scrubbing and state-specific call settings, but says the team remains responsible for compliance.
