A real estate team on Structurely’s entry plan is looking at roughly $7,988 in its first year before a single text or call is billed, according to reported pricing. For that, it gets an AI inside sales agent that texts, emails and phones leads, asks qualifying questions and books appointments. In October 2026 the company rebranded as 21X, though existing customers were told their service would carry on.
What Structurely Does
Based on the vendor’s published information, the assistant contacts new leads within minutes and keeps following up for 12 months or more until they answer. It holds two-way conversations by text and email and writes stage tags back to the CRM. Its Call AI product places and answers calls, sets appointments and identifies itself as AI. When a lead asks for a person, a live transfer rings the assigned agent with a summary. Agents can mute the AI and take over at any point, and the assistant switches to Spanish when a lead writes in Spanish.
The integrations page lists Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Sierra Interactive and Chime, plus home improvement tools such as AccuLynx and MarketSharp. Structurely, based in Ames, Iowa per HousingWire, now sells to mortgage, insurance and home improvement firms as well as real estate teams.
How Much Does Structurely Cost?
Structurely’s own pricing page could not be confirmed for this entry, so every figure here is reported. AI Tools Bakery reports a Team plan at $499 a month on annual billing for 2 to 10 people, with usage credits at $0.08 each and a $2,000 onboarding fee. A Company plan for 10 or more producers reportedly costs $999 a month, $0.06 per credit and $2,500 to onboard. One credit is said to cover a text, 10 seconds of calling or two emails, and month-to-month billing reportedly runs about 20% higher. Follow Up Ace, a competitor, puts onboarding for the $499 plan at $2,500. There is no free plan or trial; access goes through a demo.
What to Watch Out For
Credit billing makes the monthly total hard to forecast for teams that call and text heavily. The iOS app has not been updated since 2022, according to its App Store listing. Solo agents with thin lead flow will struggle to justify the onboarding fee alone.
Acquisition and the 21X Rebrand
CapStone Holdings acquired Structurely in January 2026 and named Corey Welch CEO. On October 7, 2026, the company became 21X and launched 21X SPORTS with sister company GameAbove Sports. It said current customers would see no interruption, but it has not said whether the real estate product keeps the Structurely name. Teams signing an annual contract should ask how the real estate assistant fits the new roadmap.
