At $60 a month for 200 leads, Lofty’s AI Sales Agent works out to 30 cents per lead, which is cheap for a virtual ISA. The catch is that it lives inside the Lofty CRM and does not work anywhere else. It texts, emails and chats with new and existing leads, qualifies them, books appointments and passes warm ones to the assigned agent, per Lofty’s product page.
What the Sales Agent Does
Based on Lofty’s help documentation, the agent asks leads about timeline, budget and must-haves and writes the answers into the lead record. When a lead is ready or asks for a person, it hands off to the assigned agent with a summary, and it can put appointments on the agent’s calendar. Leads who go quiet move into longer nurture, six months by default.
Teams decide who it talks to. Filters cover lead source, type, pipeline stage, agent, office and lead pond, and there are three engagement styles: Proactive, Balanced and Reserved. Agents can mute it per lead or through Smart Plans. Lofty claims it replies to new leads in under five seconds and lists English, Spanish, Mandarin and French as supported languages; both claims come from the vendor.
How Much Does Lofty’s AI Sales Agent Cost?
Lofty’s Sales Agent packages are published:
- Freemium: free, 10 leads
- Pro: $60 a month, 200 leads
- Max: from $150 a month, 500 leads, extra quota at $0.30 per lead in blocks of 100
- Team: from $199 a month, 600 leads, for account owners only
Quota is cumulative rather than resetting each month, so a large database eats through it. The bigger cost is the CRM underneath, which Lofty does not price publicly. Luxury Presence reports Core at about $449 a month, Premier at about $700 and Enterprise at about $1,500. Lofty offers a demo, not a free trial.
What to Watch Out For
The current product page lists text, email and chat, with calls forwarded to the agent, but no outbound AI calling. That differs from a January 2024 Inman report on the original Lofty Assistant, which described it fielding calls. Lofty says it compliance-checks every send and skips do-not-call numbers and landlines, but its audit score is self-reported. Features also roll out in stages, so accounts may not all see the same options.
