Radiant Credit Union runs about 31,700 calls a month through interface.ai’s voice agent, and 67% of them end without a staff member stepping in, according to a vendor case study. The company sells AI agents only to credit unions and community banks, and says its BankGPT platform is used by more than 100 financial institutions and handles over 1.5 million conversations a day.
Those are the company’s own numbers, and no independent audit backs them. Still, interface.ai is one of the few agent vendors built entirely around smaller financial institutions rather than big banks or general contact centers.
How It Works
The platform has three families of agents. Voice AI answers member calls around the clock, Chat AI works on websites and in mobile banking apps, and employee agents help internal staff. Before acting on a call, the voice agent checks who is on the line using caller ID forensics, device and voice biometrics, and SIM-swap, spoofing and account-velocity detection. It then handles routine requests on its own. A Smart Collections agent, added in February 2026, contacts members in early delinquency. Reviewers report more than 40 integrations, covering banking cores, CRMs and payment gateways, and support for over 100 languages.
The newest piece is Nexus, an agentic contact center. In Agentic Mode the AI leads the conversation and shows a staff member a screen only when a specific decision needs human judgment, so members are not transferred or put on hold. In Co-Pilot Mode the employee leads while Nexus collects documents, fills forms and enters loan or account-opening data. The company says that data entry falls from about 25 minutes to 2. Nexus can connect to an existing contact center system or replace it.
Pricing
interface.ai does not publish prices. Every route on its site ends in a demo request, and a third-party review found that its pricing page no longer loads. Expect a negotiated contract per institution, typically after an RFP-style evaluation. There is no free plan or self-serve trial.
What to Watch Out For
Most of the published results come from the vendor, and independent user reviews are hard to find. The materials reviewed for this listing name no SOC 2 or similar certification, so buyers should ask for audit reports early. Nexus was launched for pilots and phased rollouts, which means few institutions have run it at scale. The product is built for banking only, with no general help desk or ticketing features, so it will not double as a support tool for other parts of a business.
