Helium 10 is the broadest suite in this group: keyword and product research, listing tools, inventory, refunds and profits, plus AI-built ad campaigns powered by Pacvue and, since August 2026, an agent called Helium that diagnoses ads, research and profit questions. A free plan exists, paid plans start at $49 a month, and the AI pieces sit on the Diamond plan at $359 a month.
It suits private-label sellers on Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop who want one subscription for research and ads. Sellers who only need a repricer, or brands that want a fully managed ad service, may find a focused tool fits better. Capterra reviewers rate it 4.2 out of 5 across 110 reviews, and we rate it 8.6/10 on our scale.
Helium 10 Plans, Agent and Ads
- A free plan covers limited use of most tools; Platinum starts at $129 a month and Diamond costs $359 a month or $3,348 a year.
- Helium 10 Ads, powered by Pacvue, launches campaigns from a product, an ACoS target and a daily budget, with a 2 percent fee on ad spend.
- The Helium agent reads Research, Ads, Commerce and Billing data and recommends actions; approval-based execution is announced as coming soon.
- Helium 10 says it processes over two billion data points a day across a research database of more than 450 million products.
- Pacvue, the ads engine partner, manages about $20 billion in ad spend for over 70,000 brands and agencies.
Helium 10 by the Numbers

The 2 percent fee is the number buyers often miss. On $10,000 a month of ad spend run through Helium 10 Ads, it adds $200 a month to the Diamond subscription.
The Pacvue partnership matters for trust in the ad engine. Pacvue runs ads for large brands across 95-plus retailers, and Helium 10 Ads brings that engine to smaller sellers. The single beta result of a 20 percent ACoS drop is an early example, not a benchmark.
How the Helium 10 Suite and Agent Work
Helium 10 has three layers: research and operations tools, an ad engine that acts, and an agent that analyzes.
Research and Listing Tools
Cerebro handles keyword research, Black Box adds historical Brand Analytics data on Diamond for brand-registered sellers, and Listing Builder drafts listings and syncs them to Amazon on Diamond. Market Tracker follows competitors in up to five markets on Diamond, and Alerts watch up to 200 ASINs. These are the tools most Capterra reviewers praise.
Helium 10 Ads Powered by Pacvue
Launched in February 2025, Helium 10 Ads lets a seller choose a product, an ACoS target and a daily budget, then lets the AI build and run the campaigns. PPC best practices apply automatically, and the engine draws on Helium 10’s keyword database. Experienced sellers can add rule-based automation with more than a dozen criteria and actions, plus keyword recommendations and dayparting.
The Helium Agent
Helium, introduced in August 2026, is a conversational agent built into Helium 10. It reasons across Research, Ads, Commerce and Billing data. It answers how-to questions, runs keyword research and competitor analysis, checks listing quality, diagnoses campaign issues such as ROAS drops and wasted spend, and breaks down profit and loss, margins, cost of goods and fees by product or account. It shows its reasoning and cites its sources.
Today Helium only analyzes and recommends; it does not change campaigns. Helium 10 says execution is next: a seller would set a KPI or instruction, such as pausing underperforming campaigns or moving bids toward a target, and Helium would act after the seller approves each action.
Operations: Inventory, Refunds and Profits
Inventory Management covers up to 10,000 SKUs on Diamond. Refund Genie finds reimbursement claims, and a Managed Refund Service is available. Profits dashboards cover Amazon and Walmart, and Follow Up sends up to 15,000 buyer emails a month on Diamond. TikTok Shop tools on Platinum include a listing converter from Amazon and a profit dashboard with Amazon MCF integration.
Training and Valuation Tools
Platinum and Diamond include full access to Freedom Ticket, Helium 10’s training course for Amazon sellers, and Diamond adds unlimited use of a Business Valuation tool. For newer sellers, the training is part of what they pay for, and Capterra reviewers mention tutorials as a reason onboarding went smoothly. Sellers thinking about an exit later can use the valuation tool to track what their business might be worth.
A Monday Morning With Helium
A seller on Diamond opens Helium and asks why ROAS fell last week. Helium compares campaigns, finds three keywords whose spend rose while conversions fell, and recommends lowering bids and adding two negatives. It also notes a competitor’s price drop on the hero ASIN from Market Tracker data. The seller applies the bid changes in Helium 10 Ads, launches a new AI campaign for a product with a 30 percent ACoS target and $40 daily budget, and asks Helium for a margin breakdown on the new product before the next order.
Steps Helium 10 Users Still Take Themselves
Helium also flags its own gaps. Helium 10 says the agent states when data is not available, which matters when a seller asks about a product with thin history or a new marketplace. Treat those answers as a prompt to gather more data before acting.
Until execution ships, the seller acts on Helium’s recommendations. Product choice, sourcing, pricing and approvals stay human. Helium 10 Ads runs bids once launched, but targets and budgets are the seller’s call.
Helium 10 Plans and the Ads Fee
Helium 10 publishes its plans. The AI features sit on Diamond.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What’s Included | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | None | Limited access to most tools | Listing Builder 2 searches a month, Alerts 2 ASINs, Cerebro twice a day up to 20 keywords, 1 market |
| Starter | From $49/month | Monthly | Entry paid tools | Starter limits |
| Platinum | From $129/month | Monthly or $1,188 a year | Listing Builder 20 listings, TikTok Shop tools, Market Tracker 3, Refund Genie, Profits | 2 accounts, 40 inventory SKUs, 20 alert ASINs |
| Diamond | $359/month | Monthly or $3,348 a year | AI Advertising, Helium 10 Ads, Helium agent, Listing Builder 300 with sync, Follow Up 15,000 emails | 5 accounts, 10,000 inventory SKUs, 200 alert ASINs, 2% fee on ad spend |
| Market Tracker 360 | From $500/month | Add-on | Expanded market tracking | Add-on |
| Elite | From $99/month | Add-on | Elite program | Add-on |
Three Seller Budgets
A new seller researching products can start free, then move to Platinum at $129 a month when listing and TikTok tools are needed. Annual Platinum at $1,188 equals $99 a month, saving $360 a year against $129 monthly.
A brand spending $8,000 a month on ads through Helium 10 Ads pays $359 for Diamond plus $160 in ad fees, $519 a month. Annual Diamond at $3,348 equals $279 a month, so the same brand pays $439 a month on annual billing.
A larger seller spending $30,000 a month on ads pays $600 a month in the 2 percent fee alone. At that level, compare with Teikametrics, which charges 3 percent of spend above $10,000 on Advanced, or $600 on the same spend, plus its base price.
Helium 10 Compared With Teikametrics, Perpetua and Amazon Seller Assistant
| Tool | Starting Price | Free Plan | Main Strength | Main Gap | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Helium 10 | Free; Starter from $49/month | Yes | Research, listings, ads and profits in one suite | AI ads and agent on $359 Diamond; 2 percent ads fee | Private-label sellers wanting one suite |
| Teikametrics | $149/month (annual) | No (free trial) | Ads, listings and inventory on Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop | 3 percent fee above $10K | Ad-focused multi-marketplace sellers |
| Perpetua | Quote-based | No | Goal-based Amazon campaign builds | No public prices | Amazon-focused brands |
| Amazon Seller Assistant | No additional cost | Yes | Native Seller Central workflows with approvals | No research database | Every Amazon seller as a free base layer |
The choice often comes down to whether research or ads drive the business. A seller who launches several new products a year leans on keyword and product research, which is Helium 10’s home ground. A brand with a fixed catalog and a large ad budget leans on bidding quality and channel reach, where Teikametrics, Perpetua or Quartile focus their effort.
Helium 10 wins on research depth and breadth of tools. Teikametrics is cheaper for ads alone below $10,000 in spend. Perpetua goes deeper on Amazon ad structure. Amazon’s free assistant overlaps with Helium on alerts and account checks and costs nothing. For catalog-scale listing content, Hypotenuse AI is another option. More are on our Amazon seller agents page.
Sellers Who Fit Helium 10
Private-label sellers who research products, write listings and run ads themselves get the most from one subscription. Helium 10’s training library helps new sellers learn the tools.
Sellers expanding to Walmart and TikTok Shop gain from profit dashboards and the Amazon-to-TikTok listing converter.
Sellers who run several brands or accounts fit Diamond’s five connected accounts. One subscription covers research and ads across them, with Profits and Inventory views per account.
Diamond users who want analysis on demand get the Helium agent at no extra cost.
Sellers Who May Want a Focused Tool
Resellers who need a Buy Box repricer will not find one at the center of Helium 10; Aura or Seller Snap fit that job. Brands that want a managed ad service may prefer Quartile or Eva.
Very large advertisers may find the 2 percent fee adds up. At $50,000 a month in spend, the fee is $1,000 a month, which is where quote-based ad platforms become worth comparing.
Sellers who will not use most of the suite may find a single-purpose tool cheaper than Diamond.
Plan Gates, Fees and Agent Timing
AI Advertising and the agent sit on Diamond. Helium 10’s February 2025 announcement placed AI Advertising on Platinum, while the current pricing guide lists it under Diamond, so confirm plan contents at checkout.
The free plan is a trial in practice. Listing Builder allows two suggested searches a month, Alerts cover two ASINs, and Inventory, Profits and Keyword Processor are limited to 30 days, so plan on paying once the tools become part of daily work.
Include the 2 percent ad spend fee when comparing ad tools. It scales with spend.
Agent execution is announced but not live, and Platinum’s five free queries are marked as coming soon. Buy for what exists. Capterra reviewers also mention billing and refund issues, so keep records of plan changes.
Pacvue Ads in 2025 and the Helium Agent in 2026
On February 26, 2025, Helium 10 launched Helium 10 Ads powered by Pacvue, with AI campaign launch from a product, ACoS target and budget. On August 24, 2026, it introduced Helium, a conversational agent across research, ads, commerce and billing data, live for Diamond users at no extra cost.
Our Take on Helium 10 and Its Agent
Helium 10 earns 8.6/10 on our scale. It scores well on ease of setup and pricing value thanks to a free plan and public prices, and its integrations cover Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop. Autonomy is lower than ad-only rivals because the Helium agent still recommends and does not act. User sentiment is good at 4.2 out of 5 from 110 Capterra reviews.
The score can rise quickly. Once Helium can execute changes with approval, and if Helium 10 publishes a security summary, autonomy and trust would both move up on our scale.
For a private-label seller who wants research and ads in one place, Helium 10 remains a sensible base. Start on Platinum, move to Diamond when ads and the agent will pay back, and add the 2 percent fee to your math.
