Teikametrics is one of the few Amazon ad platforms with a price on its website: $149 a month on annual billing for sellers spending up to $10,000 a month on ads. That plan includes ARI, an AI engine that automates bidding and keyword targeting and also edits listings and tracks inventory across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop.
It fits sellers and brands on two or more marketplaces who want ads, listings and stock in one tool. Brands spending well above $10,000 a month should model the 3 percent fee on spend over that line before moving up. We rate it 8.7/10 on our scale, helped by a 4.5 out of 5 rating from 132 G2 reviews.

The $10 billion GMV figure shows scale, and the brand list includes household names. For a buyer, the published Essentials price and free trial matter more: a small seller can test the software without a sales cycle, which is rare among Amazon ad platforms.
The 2021 Series B of $40 million and the decade since founding also signal staying power. Ad tools hold years of campaign history and account access, so a vendor that has run since 2015 and keeps shipping, with Smart Pages and ARI both arriving in the second half of 2025, carries less switching risk than a new entrant.
The NutriBullet result is a vendor case study for a large brand, so read it as an upper example. The useful part is the direction: lower ad spend with higher sales, which is what a bidding engine should deliver when it cuts waste.
Inside ARI and the Flywheel Bidding Engine
Teikametrics combines two layers. The older Flywheel 2.0 technology runs keyword targeting and bidding. ARI, launched in December 2025, sits over ads, catalog, inventory and insights and makes what Teikametrics calls data-backed decisions about listings, inventory and ad investment.
Bidding and Keyword Targeting
Teikametrics says its AI automates keyword targeting and bidding using billions of historical market data points, across every ad type on Amazon and Walmart.com. The seller sets budgets and goals, and the software allocates spend toward conversions. In 2023 Teikametrics added SmartACOS, a predictive tool that sets ACOS targets at scale, so targets themselves can be machine-suggested.
Listings Written From Performance Data
GenAI Smart Pages, launched in August 2025, updates listing content based on sales data on Amazon and Walmart. ARI extends this: it fills in and edits listings using ad performance and marketplace trends, trained on marketplace rules and SEO patterns. A product whose ads show that buyers search for a feature missing from the title can get a revised title proposed from that data.
Amazon Marketing Cloud Without SQL
AMC normally needs SQL queries. ARI exposes AMC audience insights without that skill, and Teikametrics claims full-funnel campaigns launch three times faster. Advanced customers get integrated AMC as part of the plan.
Inventory and Insights
Inventory sits in the same ARI suite. Linking stock to ads matters most when a hero product runs low: spending to drive traffic to a listing about to go out of stock wastes money and can hurt rank. Insights dashboards, including profitability views on Advanced, show where margin is going.
Competitive Intelligence and Incrementality
Teikametrics’ managed ad page lists competitive intelligence that tracks product, brand and competitor share of voice, and it measures the incrementality of advertising, including the effect of ads on organic sales growth. That second point matters for brands that suspect they pay for clicks they would have won organically. Metrics from Amazon and Walmart.com can also be combined with other e-commerce data for a single view.
Agency Edition and Partner Links
Agencies have their own version. In November 2023 Teikametrics announced Agency Edition, which lets an agency share access and reporting with each client. In March 2024 it announced a partnership with Carbon6 covering Amazon advertising and reimbursement services, which sits alongside the Refunds Recovery feature included in every plan.
A Month on Essentials for a Two-Marketplace Seller
A home goods seller on Amazon and Walmart spends $7,000 a month on ads. On Essentials, the seller connects both marketplaces, sets budgets and target ACOS by product line, and lets the engine run bidding and keyword targeting. Smart Pages proposes listing updates on three slow sellers based on search term data. Inventory views flag one product heading toward a stockout, and the seller lowers its budget until the next shipment lands. Refunds Recovery runs in the background on the same plan.
Choices Teikametrics Leaves to the Seller
Budgets, goals and product strategy stay with the seller. Teikametrics’ December 2025 release says ARI makes decisions automatically but does not spell out where human review sits, so sellers should ask during the trial which changes need approval. On the Enterprise tier, and as an add-on on Advanced, a managed services team takes on more of the day-to-day work.
Three Tiers Priced by Ad Spend
Teikametrics prices by monthly ad spend. Essentials is self-serve with a public price; the upper tiers are custom but publish the fee structure.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What’s Included | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $149/month or $179/month | Annual or monthly | ARI suite (ads, catalog, inventory, insights), Refunds Recovery, free trial | Up to $10K monthly ad spend |
| Advanced | Custom plus 3% of ad spend over $10K | Custom | Essentials plus Amazon DSP, Walmart Onsite Display, AMC, dedicated onboarding, profitability dashboards; managed services optional | Over $10K monthly ad spend |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Advanced plus custom dashboards and reporting, managed services included | Over $100K monthly ad spend |
What Teikametrics Costs at Three Spend Levels
A small seller spending $5,000 a month on ads pays $149 a month on annual billing, or $1,788 a year. Billed monthly, the same plan costs $179 a month, or $2,148 a year, so the annual option saves $360.
A growing brand spending $25,000 a month moves to Advanced. The 3 percent fee applies to the $15,000 above $10,000, which is $450 a month or $5,400 a year, on top of the custom base price.
A larger brand spending $60,000 a month pays 3 percent on $50,000, or $1,500 a month and $18,000 a year in spend-based fees, plus its base price. At that level, managed services and DSP become part of the conversation, and Enterprise begins at $100,000 a month.
For context, the jump from Essentials to Advanced is not linear. A seller at $9,500 a month pays the flat Essentials price, while a seller at $10,500 pays a custom base plus 3 percent of $500, which is $15 a month. The real step is the base price, so ask for it before crossing the line.
Ad spend itself is separate and paid to Amazon or Walmart. If DSP is in scope, Teikametrics’ DSP management starts at $10,000 a month in DSP spend.
Teikametrics Compared With Perpetua, Quartile and Helium 10
| Tool | Starting Price | Free Plan | Main Strength | Main Gap | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Teikametrics | $149/month (annual) | No (free trial) | Published price; ads, listings and inventory on Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop | 3 percent fee above $10K on Advanced | Multi-marketplace sellers |
| Perpetua | Quote-based | No | Goal-based campaign sets with continuous keyword harvesting | Amazon only; no public prices | Amazon-focused brands |
| Quartile | Quote-based | No | Hourly bid changes plus a dedicated strategist, ISO/IEC 27001 certified | Pricing on request | Brands wanting software plus service |
| Helium 10 | Free; Starter from $49/month | Yes | Keyword research database and listings tools | AI Advertising on Diamond at $359/month plus 2 percent of ad spend | Sellers who want research and ads in one suite |
Teikametrics and Helium 10 are the two in this group with published self-serve prices. Helium 10 is stronger on product and keyword research; Teikametrics goes further on cross-marketplace ads and inventory. Perpetua and Quartile both price by quote and pair software with service.
For a free layer of monitoring inside Seller Central, Amazon Seller Assistant works alongside any of them. Our Amazon seller agents page lists more options, and e-commerce agents covers tools beyond Amazon.
Sellers Who Fit Teikametrics Best
Sellers on Amazon and Walmart who spend up to $10,000 a month on ads get the most from Essentials. They pay a known monthly price, can start with a free trial, and get bidding plus listing and inventory help in one place.
Brands adding TikTok Shop alongside Amazon and Walmart are another fit, since ARI covers all three. Fewer tools to reconcile means one view of where ad money goes across channels.
Agencies running Amazon and Walmart ads for several clients fit as well. Agency Edition gives each client its own access and reports, and the spend-based tiers map cleanly to client budgets.
Larger brands that want a managed team can buy that too. Enterprise includes managed services, and Advanced offers them as an option.
Cases Where Another Tool May Suit Better
Brands spending far above $10,000 a month may find a flat-fee or quote-based tool more economical once the 3 percent fee is modeled. Perpetua and Quartile both quote prices, so compare at your real spend.
Sellers whose main need is product research and keyword discovery may get more from Helium 10, whose research database spans hundreds of millions of products. Amazon-only sellers who just want alerts and account health checks can start with Amazon’s free Seller Assistant.
Spend-Based Fees and Approval Questions
The 3 percent fee is the main cost to watch. It rewards growth for the vendor as much as for the seller, so revisit the tier each quarter as spend changes.
G2 reviewers mention a learning curve and, in a couple of cases, data accuracy questions. Compare Teikametrics’ reports against Amazon’s console during the trial.
DSP has its own floor. Teikametrics’ DSP management starts at $10,000 a month in DSP spend, so smaller brands curious about display advertising should expect that minimum on top of Sponsored Ads budgets.
ARI’s listing edits deserve attention. Ask whether title and bullet changes publish automatically or wait for approval, and keep brand-critical copy under review. Teikametrics could publish more on approval controls and its security certifications.
ARI, Smart Pages and a New Strategy Lead
On December 17, 2025, Teikametrics announced ARI, a patent-pending generative AI engine for Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop that links catalog, advertising, insights and inventory. Its press release list also shows the August 25, 2025 launch of GenAI Smart Pages and the December 29, 2025 appointment of Daryk Pengelly, formerly of Walmart Business, as senior vice president of strategy and business development.
Our Take on Teikametrics and ARI
Teikametrics earns 8.7/10 on our scale. It scores well on pricing value because Essentials has a public price and a free trial, and on user sentiment from 132 G2 reviews averaging 4.5. Integrations are broad across three marketplaces plus DSP and AMC. Trust scores lower only because security documentation could be easier to find.
The main areas to improve are documentation and transparency on the upper tiers. A published base price for Advanced, a security summary and a clear list of which ARI actions run on their own would let larger brands compare Teikametrics without a sales call, and would likely lift its trust score on our scale.
For a seller between $2,000 and $10,000 a month in ad spend on Amazon and Walmart, Essentials is easy to test. Above that line, request the Advanced quote and add the 3 percent fee to compare it with Perpetua and Quartile.
