Geek AI Text costs $49 a month, or nothing at all for Real Geeks customers who buy one of its lead packages. It is a texting assistant, called Robin, built into the Real Geeks CRM. Robin messages new and returning leads, qualifies buyers and sellers, and tells the agent when someone is ready to talk, according to Real Geeks.
How Geek AI Works Day to Day
Teams choose which lead sources and agents use the assistant. Robin texts new registrations and reacts to website activity, such as a lead favoriting homes, viewing a property repeatedly or coming back after 14 days away, per the support guide. It follows buyer and seller qualification scripts that Real Geeks describes as research-backed and nudges ready leads toward an appointment.
Texts go out only within Office Hours, which default to 9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and noon to 9pm on Sunday, in line with TCPA quiet-hour guidance. Messages are spaced at least two hours apart, with one behavior-triggered text per day. Agents get handoff alerts by email, text or the mobile app and can read every thread. Pressing Stop Assistant hands the lead to the human for good; it cannot be switched back on. A separate Geek AI Insights feature adds lead summaries and suggested next steps in the CRM.

The pricing page lists Geek AI Text at $49 a month, included free with any lead package (Social at $299, Search and Seller at $599 a month). The support guide sets higher tiers by monthly lead volume: $99 for 2,501 to 10,000 leads and $199 above that, cut to $50 and $150 with a lead package. Each tier caps new conversations per month.

What to Watch Out For
Geek AI is text only for now. The Geek AI page lists Email as coming soon and Voice for late 2026. Real Geeks does not state which languages Robin supports or publish performance figures.
