RADCOM Neura is a suite of AI agents for mobile operators that investigates network anomalies, traces affected subscribers, runs root cause analysis in parallel and hands back an incident report with recommended actions, then can start resolution. It runs on subscriber-level data from RADCOM ACE, the assurance platform AT&T and Rakuten Mobile use in production, and connects to operators’ own agent platforms through MCP and A2A. It is best for 5G and 4G operators that already use, or plan to use, RADCOM ACE.
Neura launched in February 2026, RADCOM has not yet named operators running the agents, and pricing is shared by quote. RADCOM reports 50% faster incident resolution. We rate it 7.7/10 on our scale. This review is based on RADCOM’s product pages, launch announcement and investor materials; we have not used the product.
Neura’s Quote-Only Agents and How They Divide the Work
- Starting price: Custom quote; RADCOM publishes no prices for Neura or RADCOM ACE.
- How the agents work: An orchestrator, anomaly investigator, context builder, trace agent and parallel root cause agents produce an incident report and can trigger packet-level probing.
- Open by design: All agents support MCP and A2A, and certified ServiceNow connectors pass results into service management.
- Company scale: First-quarter 2026 revenue of $18.6 million, up 12%, with $108.4 million in cash and AT&T and Rakuten Mobile as production users of RADCOM ACE.
- Our score: 7.7/10, with a well-documented agent design and room to grow as it builds a track record, publishes pricing guidance and gathers ratings.
Investor Materials From a Small Public Company
RADCOM is a small public company, so its investor materials give more hard numbers than most telecom AI vendors share. Each figure below was checked on the source page.

For a buyer, the production references matter most. AT&T and Rakuten Mobile running RADCOM ACE, and 1Global choosing it for 43 million subscribers, show that the data layer Neura depends on works at carrier scale. Those deployments are of RADCOM ACE, though, not specifically of the Neura agents, so ask for agent-level references.
The financials also help. A profitable company with $108.4 million in cash offers more continuity than many AI startups, which matters for software that sits inside network operations for years. The 50% and 70% figures are RADCOM’s own, and the 70% cost figure traces to an ACG Research study of RADCOM ACE rather than the agents.
Neura Reads Subscriber Data Collected by RADCOM ACE
Neura sits on top of RADCOM ACE, which collects real-time, subscriber-focused data from operator networks. The agents use that data, plus a knowledge graph and operator systems, to investigate and explain problems.
The Incident Pipeline
- Detect. An anomaly is detected and an orchestrator assigns it.
- Investigate. An anomaly investigator examines it, and a context builder queries a knowledge graph for planned maintenance, topology dependencies and known infrastructure issues.
- Trace. A trace agent follows multiple impacted subscribers in parallel.
- Find the cause. Parallel root cause agents run and an aggregator combines their results; if more depth is needed, Neura triggers packet-level probing on demand.
- Report and act. The output is a structured incident report with root cause, contributing factors and recommended actions, and Neura can initiate resolution workflows.
Agent Families
RADCOM groups agents by the problem they address. Customer experience agents track each subscriber’s journey, validate complaints against live network data, identify dissatisfied users and support proactive care; the Predictive Complaint Resolution agent won an industry award. Service quality agents validate incidents, confirm impacted subscribers and eliminate false alarms. Network optimization agents analyze performance continuously and find bottlenecks across the RAN and core. AIOps agents handle real-time analysis and closed-loop remediation.
Integration and Deployment
Every agent supports the Model Context Protocol and agent-to-agent communication, so an operator can call Neura agents from its own agent platform. Neura integrates with OSS, BSS, ITSM and service management systems, and RADCOM has two certified ServiceNow Store connectors. The software is cloud-native and containerized and can run in public cloud, private cloud or on premises, including with operator-owned LLMs. NetTalk, a natural-language copilot, explains automated decisions by voice or text. RADCOM lists NVIDIA, ServiceNow, AWS and Infosys as partners.
Why Subscriber-Level Data Matters
Many network AIOps tools start from alarms and device counters. RADCOM ACE starts from what individual subscribers experience, which is why Neura can confirm whether a customer complaint matches a real network problem and how many subscribers an incident actually touches. That makes the agents useful to customer care as well as network operations: a care team can see whether a caller was affected before opening a ticket, and operations can rank incidents by customer impact rather than alarm severity. RADCOM also says its approach achieves over 90% data efficiency while keeping full network visibility, which matters when probing data at 5G scale.
An End-to-End Pipeline With Operator-Set Approvals
RADCOM describes the diagnostic pipeline as running end to end without a human in the loop, while its FAQ says the solution is built for human-in-the-loop operation with approval workflows and policy controls. In practice that means diagnosis can be automated while network changes and customer actions go through approvals the operator configures. Oversight agents enforce policy, and every agent interaction is logged and auditable.
Multi-Year Contracts Priced by Quote
RADCOM does not publish prices for Neura or RADCOM ACE.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What’s Included | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RADCOM ACE | Custom quote | Multi-year contract | Real-time, subscriber-level assurance for 4G and 5G networks | Carrier-scale deployment |
| Neura agents | Custom quote | Contract | Customer experience, service quality, network optimization and AIOps agents | Use cases still being added through 2026 |
| ServiceNow connectors | Via ServiceNow Store | Per RADCOM and ServiceNow terms | Certified connectors such as Network Case Validation and Verification | Requires ServiceNow |
Scope and Payback for Existing ACE Operators
Without list prices, the useful scenarios are about scope and payback rather than dollars.
Existing RADCOM ACE operator. The data layer is already in place, so adding Neura is mainly a question of agent licensing, integration with ServiceNow or your own agent platform, and approval policies. Start with complaint validation, where results are easy to count.
Operator new to RADCOM. Neura needs RADCOM ACE data underneath, so the project includes a full assurance deployment. 1Global’s rollout for about 43 million subscribers was still progressing at the time of RADCOM’s May 2026 report, which gives a sense of timelines. For a large operator, expect the assurance rollout to be the main project and the agents to follow once data is flowing.
Hidden and variable costs. On-premises LLM hosting, systems integrator work and ServiceNow licensing can all add to the bill. Ask whether new Neura use cases released during your contract are included.
Production Operators and Rollback Steps to Confirm
Ask which Neura agents are in production at other operators and request a reference. Confirm how resolution workflows are approved and rolled back, which LLMs are used and where they run, and how pricing changes as more agents are added. Request the basis for the 50% faster resolution claim and agree a pilot metric, such as mean time to identify root cause on a sample of real incidents.
RADCOM Neura Compared With Selector AI, ServiceNow AI Agents for Telecom and VIAVI NITRO AI
These are the closest alternatives for operators looking at agentic assurance and network operations.
| Tool | Starting Price | Free Plan | Main Strength | Main Trade-Off | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RADCOM Neura | Custom quote | No | Subscriber-level root cause agents with MCP and A2A | New, with no named Neura operators | RADCOM ACE operators |
| Selector AI | Custom quote | No | Event correlation across network, cloud and apps | No public pricing | Large operators and enterprise networks |
| ServiceNow AI Agents for Telecom | Custom quote | No | Agents inside ServiceNow customer service and operations | Requires ServiceNow and an implementation | Operators standardized on ServiceNow |
| VIAVI NITRO AI | Custom quote | No | Multi-vendor AIOps plus agents in test gear | Little public detail on agent behavior | Operators using VIAVI assurance or test products |
RADCOM’s strength is depth at the subscriber level and a documented multi-agent design with open interfaces. ServiceNow is a partner as much as a rival: Neura can feed incidents into ServiceNow’s agents. Selector and VIAVI offer broader multi-domain correlation. More options are on our telecom agents page.
Because every tool here is quote-only, the deciding factors are data and fit. If your assurance data already lives in RADCOM ACE, Neura adds agents with little new instrumentation. If ServiceNow runs your operations, its own telecom agents may be the hub, with Neura feeding validated incidents into it. Operators wanting one correlation layer across many vendors should weigh Selector and VIAVI more heavily.
ACE Operators and Teams Building Their Own Agent Platforms
- RADCOM ACE operators: the agents use data you already collect.
- Operators building their own agent platforms: MCP and A2A support let you call Neura agents from your own orchestration.
- Care teams handling network complaints: complaint validation agents check each case against live network data, so agents on the phone can tell a customer whether a network problem affected them before a ticket is opened.
- ServiceNow shops: certified connectors pass validated incidents into service management; see our IT and DevOps agents.
- Operators with strict data rules: on-premises deployment and no training on operator data suit sovereign requirements.
Non-Telecom Firms and Billing-Focused Operators
- Non-telecom enterprises: Neura is built for mobile operator networks.
- Operators wanting BSS or billing agents: Amdocs aOS or Totogi BSS Magic cover that ground.
- Buyers who need proven agent references today: the suite is new, and RADCOM has not yet named Neura operators.
- Small operators: the underlying assurance deployment is carrier-scale.
- Teams wanting published pricing: Kentik AI Advisor publishes its platform price.
Launch Timing, Approval Models and Data Choices
- Newness: Neura launched in February 2026, and RADCOM plans to add use cases through the year.
- Autonomy wording: pages describe both no human in the loop and human-in-the-loop operation; RADCOM could align these, and buyers should get the approval model in writing.
- Vendor figures: 50% faster resolution, 70% lower cost and 90% data efficiency are RADCOM figures.
- Data dependency: the agents rely on RADCOM ACE data, which ties Neura to RADCOM’s assurance platform.
- Customer concentration: RADCOM is a small company whose named production users are a handful of large operators.
- User reviews: public reviews have not appeared yet, so references are the main check on real-world performance.
- LLM hosting choices: on-premises models keep data local but add infrastructure cost, while hybrid access to public models needs clear data handling terms.
First-Quarter 2026 Revenue of $18.6 Million
On May 19, 2026, RADCOM reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $18.6 million, up 12%, and said Neura had launched in the quarter with a ServiceNow integration, that 1Global selected RADCOM ACE for about 43 million subscribers, and that its Predictive Complaint Resolution agent had won a Global Connectivity Awards prize. On February 24, 2026, RADCOM launched Neura ahead of Mobile World Congress, with customer experience, service quality and network optimization agents supporting MCP and A2A.
A Pilot Makes Sense for Operators Running ACE
For operators already running RADCOM ACE, Neura is worth a pilot. It scores 7.7/10 on our scale. The multi-agent pipeline is unusually well documented, open MCP and A2A interfaces reduce lock-in at the agent layer, data is not used for LLM training, and RADCOM’s production base at AT&T and Rakuten Mobile shows the underlying platform works.
The score reflects areas RADCOM could build on: the suite is new, agent customers are not yet named, pricing is shared by quote and metrics come from RADCOM. Start with complaint validation or incident verification on a defined set of real cases, measure time to root cause against your current process, and confirm approval controls before enabling automated resolution. Operators that are new to RADCOM should judge the whole package, ACE plus Neura, against rivals, since the agents depend on the subscriber data beneath them. A reference call with a RADCOM ACE operator about data quality and deployment time is the most useful step before any agent discussion. Compare more options on our telecom agents page.
