SalesRobot is a cloud tool for LinkedIn and email outreach with an AI agent built in. It sends connection requests, messages, InMails, voice notes and video messages within daily quotas, pauses when a prospect answers, and hands the reply to its AI Appointment Setter, which answers within minutes and steers the conversation toward a meeting. G2 reviewers rate it 4.8 out of 5.
It fits founders, B2B sales teams and lead-generation agencies. Prices start at $39 per LinkedIn account a month on annual billing, though most teams will want Advanced at $59 for full quotas and unlimited campaigns. SalesRobot scores 9.0/10 on our scale, with LinkedIn compliance as the main risk to weigh.

SalesRobot by the Numbers
These figures come from SalesRobot’s pricing page, its help page and G2. Performance figures are the vendor’s own.
| Fact | Detail | Source and Date |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $39 per LinkedIn account a month billed annually; $59 monthly | SalesRobot pricing page |
| Annual discount | Up to 35% off | SalesRobot pricing page |
| Daily connection requests | 20 on Basic; 75 on Advanced and Professional | SalesRobot pricing page |
| Free data credits | 225 per customer; 3 credits per email found | SalesRobot pricing page |
| White-label partners | More than 110 agencies | SalesRobot help page |
| Trial results | 76% of trial users get a first lead within 2 days (vendor figure) | SalesRobot help page |
| Reply rates | 55% average reply rate; 40%+ on video and voice campaigns (vendor figures) | SalesRobot help page |
| G2 rating | 4.8 out of 5 from 63 reviews | G2 |
The reply-rate figures are SalesRobot’s own claims and depend heavily on targeting and message quality, so treat them as a ceiling to test against. The quota numbers are firmer and more useful for planning.
At 75 connection requests a day on Advanced, one account sending five days a week reaches 375 requests a week. A team that needs 1,500 new connections a week needs four accounts at full quota.
Inside a SalesRobot Campaign and Reply Flow
SalesRobot runs from the cloud, so campaigns continue when your laptop is closed. Each connected LinkedIn account gets its own residential IP.
Connecting Accounts and Importing Leads
Connect a LinkedIn account, then import leads from a Sales Navigator search or a CSV. Data credits find email addresses for multichannel sequences, at 3 credits per email after 225 free credits.
Writing the Outreach Sequence
A sequence can mix profile views, connection requests, messages, InMails to open profiles, voice messages, video messages, likes, follows, endorsements and event invites. Custom variables and Hyperise images personalize messages. Advanced and higher plans add A/B testing.
Quotas and Account Safety
Daily quotas are set automatically by plan. Basic allows 20 of each action type a day. Advanced and Professional allow 75 connection requests, 75 messages and 75 profile views, and 50 InMails, voice and video messages. SalesRobot uses LinkedIn mobile app APIs and a dedicated residential IP for each account.
Replies and the AI Appointment Setter
Smart reply detection pauses a sequence when a prospect responds. The AI Appointment Setter then replies, usually within minutes, and nurtures the thread toward a meeting. The AI Inbox Manager can be trained on your tone. CoPilot mode shows drafts for a person to approve, while Autopilot handles the conversation from start to finish.
Voice, Video and Email Steps
Voice and video messages are part of every plan’s quota, at 20 a day on Basic and 50 a day on Advanced and Professional. SalesRobot says its video and voice campaigns see reply rates above 40% on average, a vendor figure worth testing against text-only steps in an A/B test.
Email steps join the same sequence for leads with known addresses. Email sending is sold as a separate email automation plan with warm-up and sending limits by tier, so teams that only run LinkedIn can skip it.
Syncing Leads to the CRM
Qualified LinkedIn leads can be added to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or Copper automatically. Zapier, webhooks and an API reach other tools. CRM sync is not part of Basic.
A Sample Week for a Two-Person Agency
An agency runs outreach for three software clients, each with its own LinkedIn account on Advanced. On Monday, it imports a Sales Navigator search for each client and starts a sequence: profile view, connection request, a message after acceptance and a voice note three days later. By Wednesday, replies arrive. The AI Appointment Setter, in CoPilot mode for the first two weeks, drafts answers that the agency approves. By the next month, the agency moves one client to Autopilot and keeps the others on review, and booked meetings sync to each client’s HubSpot.
Three months in, the agency compares results. The client on Autopilot gets answers within minutes at any hour, while the two on review sometimes wait until the next working morning. The agency writes a short list of topics the AI must hand back, such as contract terms and custom pricing, and moves the second client to Autopilot with those rules in place.
SalesRobot Plans and Account Costs
SalesRobot charges per LinkedIn account. Annual billing saves up to 35%.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What Is Included | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $39 per account a month | Annual; $59 monthly | Dashboard, automation, AI Appointment Setter Agent | 1 active campaign; 20 actions a day per type; no CRM sync or unified inbox |
| Advanced | $59 per account a month | Annual; $79 monthly | Unlimited campaigns, full quotas, A/B tests, inbox, webhooks, Zapier, CSV export | 75 connection requests and messages a day; no team management |
| Professional | $79 per account a month | Annual; $99 monthly | Everything in Advanced plus team management and activity control | 75 connection requests and messages a day |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Premium onboarding, dedicated technical support, customer success manager | Set per contract |
Email automation is sold separately, with plans that the pricing page lists from $43 per user a month billed annually. Data credits for finding emails come in blocks, and every customer gets 225 free credits. There are no long-term contracts, and plans can be cancelled from account settings.
SalesRobot Costs for Three Teams
A solo founder on Basic pays $468 a year on annual billing, or $708 a year paying monthly. That covers one campaign at 20 actions a day, which suits a narrow target list.
A five-rep sales team on Professional pays $395 a month on annual billing, or $4,740 a year. Paying monthly at $99 per account costs $495 a month, which adds $1,200 over a year.
An agency running 12 client accounts on Advanced pays $708 a month on annual billing, or $8,496 a year. Each account can send 75 connection requests a day, or about 1,650 over 22 working days.
Choosing Between Basic and Advanced
Basic suits a founder testing one offer on one narrow list. One active campaign and 20 actions a day per type means about 100 connection requests in a five-day week. Advanced lifts that to 75 a day, or 375 in a five-day week, and adds unlimited campaigns, the personal inbox, A/B tests, webhooks and Zapier. For $20 more per account a month on annual billing, Advanced gives almost four times the daily volume.
Professional is for teams with a manager. Team management and activity control let a sales lead watch every rep’s account and campaigns from one place.
SalesRobot Compared With HeyReach, Expandi and Waalaxy
These tools all automate LinkedIn outreach, but they differ in how far the AI goes and how pricing scales.
| Agent | Starting Price | Free Plan | Main Strength | Main Limit | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SalesRobot | $39 per account a month annually | No (14-day trial) | AI Appointment Setter on every plan | CRM sync starts on Advanced | Teams wanting AI to handle replies |
| HeyReach | $79 per sender a month ($63 annually) | No (14-day trial) | Many senders with rotation and agency tiers | People handle replies | Agencies with many sender accounts |
| Expandi | $79 per account a month annually ($99 monthly) | No (7-day trial) | Cloud LinkedIn and email sequences | Higher entry price | Growth teams running sequences |
| Waalaxy | €19 per user a month (Pro, monthly) | No (14-day trial) | Low entry price for LinkedIn prospecting | Lighter AI reply handling | Freelancers and small teams |
The AI piece is where the four differ most. SalesRobot includes an appointment-setting agent on every plan, while HeyReach routes replies to a shared inbox for people to answer and connects to AI agents through MCP. Expandi runs conditional smart sequences and offers an MCP connection, and Waalaxy’s AI writes and improves messages for review, with replies left to the user.
SalesRobot leans furthest into AI replies of the four. HeyReach focuses on scaling senders for agencies, Expandi on sequences and Waalaxy on low-cost prospecting. See our LinkedIn outreach agents and AI sales agents pages for more.
All four price per LinkedIn account or user, so the main cost driver is the number of profiles you run. SalesRobot’s Basic plan is the cheapest annual entry among them, but its 20-action limit means real volume starts at Advanced.
A useful way to compare them is to price one realistic month. Take the number of LinkedIn profiles you will run, the daily volume each needs and whether you want AI to answer replies. A team running three profiles with AI replies will find SalesRobot Advanced at $177 a month on annual billing, while three HeyReach Growth seats cost $189 a month annually.
Sales Teams Suited to SalesRobot
Founders and small B2B teams that get replies faster than they can answer fit well. The AI Appointment Setter replies within minutes, which matters on LinkedIn, where a slow answer often ends the thread.
Lead-generation agencies fit through white label and per-account pricing. SalesRobot says more than 110 agencies already resell it. Team management on Professional lets an agency manager watch every account.
Teams on HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or Copper can sync qualified leads natively from Advanced up, which keeps pipeline data in one place.
Agencies on white label can present SalesRobot under their own name to clients. Each client’s LinkedIn profile becomes a connected account at the per-account price, so billing can be passed through to each client line by line.
Outreach Teams Who May Look Elsewhere
Companies whose policies forbid tools that may not comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement should not use any automation of this kind, and SalesRobot says so plainly on its help page. Recruiters on LinkedIn Recruiter may prefer LinkedIn’s own Hiring Assistant.
Teams that want AI to find prospects, research accounts and write sequences from scratch may prefer an AI SDR such as Reply’s Jason AI, which takes on more of the prospecting job.
Account Risk, Quotas and Contract Points for SalesRobot
Accept the LinkedIn risk. SalesRobot’s help page states that LinkedIn does not endorse it and that use may not comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement. Residential IPs and quotas reduce the chance of restrictions, and the vendor’s low ban-risk claims are its own.
Start on CoPilot. Autopilot answers prospects in your name. Run CoPilot for a few weeks, edit drafts, and switch to Autopilot only once replies sound right.
Budget beyond Basic. Basic allows one active campaign and 20 actions a day, and lacks CRM sync and the unified inbox. Most teams will need Advanced.
Count email separately. Email automation is a separate subscription, so a LinkedIn-plus-email program costs more than the LinkedIn plan alone.
Check vendor figures. Reply rates of 55% and trial results come from SalesRobot. Measure your own acceptance and reply rates in the trial before scaling.
Keep profiles warm. A new or thin LinkedIn profile sending 75 requests a day draws attention. Build the profile, connect with existing contacts and ramp volume over the first weeks of a campaign.
Write rules for the AI. Decide which questions the AI may answer, such as pricing or availability, and which must go to a person. Train the AI Inbox Manager on real past replies so its tone matches yours.
Our Read on SalesRobot for LinkedIn Outreach
SalesRobot scores 9.0/10 on our scale. User sentiment earns 9.5 from 63 G2 reviews averaging 4.8. Ease of setup and pricing value both earn 9.2, with a no-card trial and published prices for every self-serve plan. Autonomy earns 9.0 because the AI Appointment Setter can handle conversations end to end.
Integrations earn 8.8 for native CRM sync plus Zapier, webhooks and an API. Trust and security earn 8.0, the lowest of the six, reflecting dedicated IPs alongside the help page’s plain statement that LinkedIn does not endorse the tool.
For a team that already generates LinkedIn replies and loses some to slow follow-up, SalesRobot is worth a trial. Run one account on Advanced in CoPilot mode for 14 days, compare reply handling against your current process, and decide on Autopilot from there.
